Welcome to the Los Angeles CYC Chapter website.
We are a fun and eclectic community of current and former foster youth who come together to help change the foster care system. With the help of community members that support and believe in us, we have been able to impact and change Los Angeles County's child welfare system for the past 24 years. We are one of the three founding chapters of CYC. "LET'S GET 'EM!"

Who are the Members?: CYC Members are current and former foster youth between the ages of 14-24. Any youth with a history with the foster care system (kinship care, relative care, guardianship, etc.) can be a member. WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN??? Because you are making a difference.With CYC you can voice your opinion about the system... dont you want to???
How can I become a Member?: Attend a chapter meeting and get involved. It’s that easy! Click here to find out when and where we meet.
Who can I talk to at the chapter meetings?: Everyone! The members and supporters are all friendly, and are willing to answer any of your questions.
