represent and validate every current and former foster youth. We pride

ourselves with a dynamic collaborative between local officials,

community advocacy organizations, youth committees, school districts,

local colleges and so much more. Over the past five years many

committed community members have paved the way and built key

relationships resulting in a likeminded team in support of the well being

and social justice of our foster youth. At this point and time the Placer

County Chapter is under review of previous data and statistics and is

currently collecting new data in order to define points of interest as

well as critical areas in need of reform to better care for our youth and

youth in transition. We recently voted Foster Youth Awareness as our

local advocacy issue. Any ideas, feedback, questions or concerns are

gladly accepted.
